I've just finished reading an advance copy of The Dos and Don'ts of Work Team Coaching and found it a very useful book. This little book packs a lot of power in its small size, which makes it very handy for busy managers and employees. It is easy to readfull of 5/5(1).

A more helpful guide to team coaching is the recently released "Leadership Team Coaching" by Peter Hawkins. There's another very good book on teams - even if it isn't specifically on team coaching - called "The Wisdom of Teams" by Jon Katzenbach & Douglas Smith/5(8).
